150th Anniversary

Memories to Share

Spring has finally sprung in Harvard Yard, no doubt brought forth through the collective voices of the Glee Club, past and present, at the Sesquicentennial Celebration April 11-12, 2008 and the many tour reunions April 13th.

Before your memories of the occasion begin to fade, we encourage you to share with us (and posterity) some of your thoughts regarding the weekend in an official remembrances book to be saved for future generations. There are four ways to share your memories:

1) We have set up a “wiki” site for the occasion in which we hope that you will download your written impressions of the concert, panels, sings, and banquet, as well as read what your fellow Glee Club alumni thought about the event. Go to http://hgc150.wikispaces.com/. There are instructions on how to post on the site. If you are unable to figure out how to work the site, email your message to hgc150@harvardgleeclub.org and we will post for you.

2) Email up to 5 photos to hgc150@gmail.com and we will post them on the HGCF flickr account.

3) Upload your photos to an online album using the (free!) Flickr service (http://flickr.com/). Once you have uploaded them "tag" each photo with the tag "hgc150". We will link to this collection on this site once photos have been uploaded.

4) If you are on facebook, join the group "Harvard Glee Club 150th Anniversary", upload your photos and add them to the group album. http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4688683903.
